Hair services are customized based on your hair history, condition, texture, and desired result. While we will always work with you to achieve your desired look, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some color services may require multiple appointments to achieve a desired result while maintaining the health of your hair.

If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our Salon Policies so we can discuss an appropriate adjustment.

Completed salon services are not eligible for monetary refunds. Service adjustments are handled according to our Salon Policies.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information about previous color, chemical services, and other treatments that may affect the hair.
